WHAT IS A PERSONAL LIFESTYLE CONCIERGE SERVICE??

It is a customized service that handles all of your personal and household needs. We’re your second set of hands for anything that will make your life easier. Whether that be grocery shopping, helping manage a remodel, checking on your home while you’re away, or planning a party (just to name a few) - we take care of it all.

 

HOW DO YOUR RATES WORK?

Because every lifestyle is unique, so is our pricing. Once we meet and discuss your needs, we’ll determine the best package that suits you. Our time is billed hourly and the package is a flat reoccurring monthly rate that is based on a set amount of hours that we commit to you.

WHAT DO PACKAGES TYPICALLY LOOK LIKE?

In our experience, we’ve found that reoccurring monthly rates for a base number of hours ensures your home receives the attention it deserves. Packages start at a minimum commitment of 10 hours per month and go up from there. 


ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, we’re fully insured. We understand your home is your personal space and one of your most prized investments. We value our client’s trust in us and pride ourselves on managing with professionalism, security, and confidentiality.

What areas do you service?

Each of our clients have homes in the Southwest Florida area, however we help manage several of their other homes throughout the country by overseeing the local property managers to ensure the client receives the same quality of service we provide.
